The image - showing the former Transformers star with just-got-out-of-bed hair - will feature on billboards and in online ads globally from next month.
A commercial of Megan, 24, modelling Emporio Armani's autumn/winter collection will premiere in September.
Her first set of pictures for the Italian designer were unveiled in January.
